Multivitamin & Mineral Capsule

Pregnacare is a pregnancy specific multivitamin formulation designed for women during Preconception, throughout Pregnancy and during Lactation period.

Pregnacare is enriched with a wide scope of essential Vitamins & Minerals such as Iron, Folic Acid, Calcium, Iodine, DHA, Vitamin B Complex, Zinc which are required during prenatal & postnatal stages.

  • Pregnacare is manufactured in Sri Lanka and the composition has followed the Sri Lankan RDA (Recommended Dietary Allowances) levels, which is tailor made to Sri Lankan dietary requirements.

Pregnacare is available is 20s capsules pack and inside the pack there are 10s of Blue Capsules (One Blue Capsule to be taken in the morning) and 10s Pink Capsules (One Pink Capsule to be taken in the evening)

The blue and pink color separation is to prevent the absorption interaction of Iron - Calcium and Iron – Zinc.

Pregnacare is indicated for women in the stages of preconception, throughout pregnancy and lactation, where the demand for vitamins & minerals are high.

During pregnancy, nausea and vomiting can lead to limited intake of food. Hence, supplement intake is needed to make up the additional requirements.

Morning - One Blue Capsule

Evening - One Pink Capsule (As the absorption of Iron is inhibited by tea, this capsule should be taken 2 hours before or after tea) OR as recommended by the physician.
